My Instructional Design Philosophy

I believe that equity is fundamental to education. Learning should be accessible to all individuals, regardless of their background, abilities, or circumstances. My goal as an instructional designer is to create engaging, interactive, and inclusive learning experiences that empower individuals to grow and succeed.

To achieve this, I use the ADDIE framework to guide my design process, ensuring that each learning solution is intentional, effective, and tailored to the needs of both learners and organizations. I frequently utilize tools like Articulate Storyline and Canva to develop interactive and visually appealing content that promotes learner engagement and accessibility.

I prioritize continuous improvement by incorporating feedback loops throughout the design and development process. This ensures that learning objectives are met and that the solutions I create are impactful and aligned with organizational goals.
